Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter; whisk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Carefully fold in the blueberries without crushing them.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin cups until about ¾ full and bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
