- 8 oz fresh ramen noodles

- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cups beef stock or water
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sear the beef chuck roast until browned on all sides (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Add onions and garlic to the pot; cook until fragrant and translucent (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in the birria spice mix and add beef stock or water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Cover pot, reduce heat to low, and slow-cook for 2-3 hours until beef is fork-tender.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain well.
