- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips. Chop bell peppers and cut broccoli into florets. Mince garlic and ginger.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat until smoking. Add cooking oil.
- Sear the beef for about 2 minutes until browned but not fully cooked; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry bell peppers and broccoli for about 3 minutes until tender but crunchy.
- Return the beef to the pan along with the sauce; toss to coat everything evenly and heat through for another minute.
