  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • Serve with 2 cups cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Gather and slice all ingredients: beef, bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots.
  2. Marinate the beef in soy sauce and ginger for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; add sesame oil.
  4. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (30 seconds), then add vegetables; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Push vegetables aside; add marinated beef in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes without stirring for searing.
  6. Mix everything together; add remaining marinade and additional soy sauce if desired. Stir well for about 1 minute.
