- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 cup canned pineapple rings (packed in juice)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Drain the canned pineapple rings and arrange them in the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Place salmon fillets on top of the pineapple rings and generously brush with the glaze.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with additional glaze drizzled on top and garnish with parsley.
