Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Honeycrisp apples (about 600g), cored and sliced into wedges
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (60ml)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly. Core them and slice each apple into about eight wedges.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the apple wedges with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and arrange the apple wedges in a single layer in the fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and slightly crispy.
  4. While the wedges cook, beat heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes). Gently fold in caramel sauce until well combined.
  5. Serve warm apple wedges with caramel whipped cream for dipping.
