- 1 cup medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add lobster meat and shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink. Season with salt, pepper, and half the herbs.
- In another pot, combine heavy cream and ricotta over low heat until smooth; mix in remaining herbs.
- Assemble lasagna by layering sauce, noodles, seafood filling, and mozzarella in a baking dish. Repeat layers ending with sauce and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
