  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 4 oz gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired shape and thickness.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough lightly with olive oil.
  4. Layer mozzarella on the dough followed by gorgonzola, grated parmesan, and dollops of ricotta.
  5. Transfer the pizza to the preheated stone or baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
