Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter

  • 1/3 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Baking soda
  • Baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with some sugar until smooth; add vanilla extract.
  5. Scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, create an indentation in each ball, fill with cheesecake mixture, and seal with more dough.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown around the edges. Drizzle with warm salted caramel before serving.
