Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.

- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.

- Scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, create an indentation in each ball, fill with cheesecake mixture, and seal with more dough.
