  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

Instructions

  2. Add chopped tomatoes to the pot, stirring until they release their juices (about 3 minutes).
