Instructions

  2. Whisk egg yolks and sugar in a separate bowl until pale and creamy, then fold in melted chocolate.
  3. In a clean bowl, whip egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Whip heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form, then fold into the mousse mixture.
