- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and ½ cup sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the remaining 1 cup sugar while mixing until well combined. Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract until creamy.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool at room temperature for an hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
