Ingredients
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- All-purpose flour

- Granulated sugar
- Brown sugar

- Milk or cream
- Mini chocolate chips (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Gently fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly underbaked in the center; cool on wire racks.
- For the buttercream, beat softened butter and gradually add powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Add mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Once cookies are cool, pipe or spread cookie dough buttercream between two brownie cookies.
