- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- For the streusel topping, mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter in another bowl until crumbly.
- Pour half of the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle half of the streusel on top. Layer with remaining batter and finish with the rest of the streusel.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
