  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
