  • 1 lb 80/20 ground beef
  • 8 slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into 8 small patties.
  3. Grill patties for approximately 3 minutes per side for medium-rare; add cheese slices in the last minute to melt.
