  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz fresh ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce; stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cooked chicken back into the pot. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Stir in sriracha sauce to taste, ensuring even distribution of spice.
