  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 soft tortillas (flour or corn)

  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Hot sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from chicken thighs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
