  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream (full-fat)
  • 2 ripe peaches (diced)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
