Description

CrockPot Chicken Tortellini is a creamy, comforting dish that combines tender chicken and delightful pasta in a rich sauce, making it perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 34 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. 2. Add chopped garlic and Italian seasoning, mixing well.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth until it covers the chicken halfway.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  5. 5. Stir in heavy cream about 30 minutes before serving.
