Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Stuff each pepper generously with the chicken mixture.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
