  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
