Description

Easter Poke Cake is a colorful, delightful dessert that combines moist vanilla cake with vibrant jello layers and fluffy whipped topping, creating the perfect centerpiece for your holiday festivities.

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup jello (any flavor)
  • 1 tub whipped topping
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, mix vanilla cake mix, water, and eggs until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Once slightly cooled, poke holes all over the cake with a fork.
  4. Prepare jello according to package instructions and pour evenly over the holes in the cake.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours to set. Spread whipped topping on top and garnish with sprinkles before serving.
