Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz) fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
