These skewers feature a delightful mix of bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, and cherry tomatoes, all grilled to perfection for a smoky flavor. Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), cut into chunks
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, whole
  • 1 cup red onion, cut into wedges

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
