Delight in these savory Spinach & Feta Stuffed Mushrooms, a perfect appetizer that combines creamy feta and fresh spinach for a burst of flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

  • Large button mushrooms
  • Fresh baby spinach
  • Crumbled feta cheese
  • Garlic cloves
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove stems.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 3 minutes).
  4. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach and garlic with crumbled feta, grated Parmesan, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Generously fill each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  6. Place stuffed mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
