  • 4 red snapper fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika (smoked for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse the red snapper fillets under cool water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Generously apply the mixture over both sides of the fillets and let them marinate while you prepare for baking.
