  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pesto sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared dish; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread pesto sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
