Instructions
- Wash and chop the tomatoes, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and red onion until translucent (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add diced tomatoes and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir occasionally until softened (around 5-7 minutes).
- Mix in oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; stir for an additional 2-3 minutes.
