Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by dicing garlic and seasoning chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet.
