Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients before starting.
  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then remove from pan.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
