- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 12 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients before starting.
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté diced chicken until golden brown (6-8 minutes), then remove from pan.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
