Ingredients

  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter and sauté chicken until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and paprika; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. While cooking chicken, boil salted water and cook linguine until al dente (8-10 minutes).
  5. Lower heat in the skillet, gradually stir in heavy cream, then add Parmesan cheese until melted.
  6. Drain linguine and toss with the chicken and sauce in the skillet.
