Instructions
- Rinse chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken breasts to the marinade; cover thoroughly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
