  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions for water and simmering until thickened.
  3. While the beef simmers, prepare toppings: chop lettuce, dice tomatoes, and shred cheese.
