- 1 package (3.4 oz) chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and pudding mix until smooth. Add the egg and mix until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the chocolate chip cookie mix, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped pecans and half of the caramel sauce.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden around the edges.
- Immediately sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce while warm. Allow to cool before transferring to wire racks.
