  • 8 oz thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef steak into thin strips and chop the bell pepper and onion.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add onions and bell peppers; cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned but tender.
  4. Lay out tortillas; spoon the meat mixture and top with provolone cheese on each tortilla.
  5. Fold in sides and roll up tightly. Heat remaining olive oil in the skillet over medium heat and grill wraps seam-side down until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. Slice diagonally and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
