  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: Barbecue sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Slice each chicken breast into strips about one inch thick.
  3. Set up three bowls: one with whisked eggs, another with flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, and the last with breadcrumbs.
  4. Dip each chicken strip in flour, then egg, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs.
