Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large Russet potatoes (about 400g)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes thoroughly and slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Pat dry with paper towels.

  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
