  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chili peppers
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chopped onion, minced garlic, chicken breasts, white beans, green chilies, cumin, chili powder, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
