Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packet Alfredo sauce mix (for added flavor)
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides (about 5-7 minutes per side). Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In boiling salted water, cook fettuccine; add broccoli florets in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain.
  4. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
  5. Combine drained pasta, broccoli, and chicken in one pot; stir in the creamy sauce mixture until well coated.
  6. Transfer to the prepared baking dish and top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
