  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices whole grain bread

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Sauté the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. While the chicken cooks, mash avocados in a bowl with lime juice and salt.

  5. Grill the sandwich in a skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
