  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs), diced
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced chicken with cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and broccoli until well coated.
  3. Fold in half of the Swiss cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
