Instructions

  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into large chunks and trim excess fat.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chunks until browned on all sides (about 3 minutes per side).
  3. Transfer the seared beef to the slow cooker. Add chopped onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and beef broth; stir gently.

  5. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the egg noodles.
