Description

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the biscuit dough can and separate the biscuits; flatten each one slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit and fold edges to seal.
  5. Brush each bomb with melted butter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
