  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup whole milk (or alternative)

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a donut pan with nonstick spray.

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth. Combine with dry ingredients and stir gently until just mixed.
  4. Fill each cavity of the donut pan two-thirds full with batter.

  6. Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave and dip the tops of each donut into the chocolate. Let set on parchment paper.
