Life has a beautiful way of bringing us back to what truly matters. As a former emergency room nurse for 15 years, I spent my days helping others through their most challenging moments. The stress and long hours were part of my daily routine, but it was in my kitchen where I found my sanctuary.

My journey into the culinary world wasn’t planned. After a particularly difficult shift in 2010, I found myself stress-baking at 3 AM. What started as a coping mechanism soon became my passion. I discovered that the same precision and care I gave to my patients translated perfectly into creating recipes that heal both body and soul.

The transition from medicine to food wasn’t easy. At 42, many thought I was crazy to leave a stable career. But I knew that healing comes in many forms. Today, my kitchen is my new emergency room – a place where I create healthy, nourishing recipes that support wellness and bring joy. My medical background influences every recipe I develop, combining nutritional science with the comfort of home cooking.
