  • 2 fresh tuna steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
  2. Place tuna steaks in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
