  • 4 fresh lobster tails (46 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of each lobster tail shell and gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Season the exposed lobster meat with salt and pepper, then pour half of the creamy garlic butter sauce over each tail.
  5. Place the lobster tails on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with remaining sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
