Celebrate Memorial Day with this vibrant Red White and Blue Berry Parfait! Layers of creamy Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and blueberries create a visually stunning dessert that’s perfect for summer gatherings. This easy-to-make parfait is a delicious way to honor our heroes while enjoying the flavors of the season.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries.
  2. In a glass or bowl, add a layer of Greek yogurt (about ½ cup).
  3. Layer in half of the strawberry slices followed by a sprinkle of granola.
  4. Repeat with another layer of yogurt, remaining strawberries, and granola.
  5. Top with blueberries and an additional dollop of yogurt.
