Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells (hard or soft)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced or ½ cup guacamole
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning, adding water as required. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
